About The Event

Our Mission is to protect the health and well-being of all Isabella County residents by taking an active role in educating business owners, parents, young adults and teens on the risks and hazards of the manufacture, sale, and use of substances (both Legal and Illegal) and prescription medications.
ABOUT THE FILM:
Based on the best-selling pair of memoirs from father and son David and Nic Sheff, ‘Beautiful Boy’ chronicles the heartbreaking and inspiring experience of survival, relapse and recovery in a family coping with addiction over many years.
The film stars Steve Carell and Timothee Chalamet (in a star-making role), was directed by Felix van Groeningen, runs for 2 hours, and is Rated R (parental discretion advised).
Doors will open at 5pm on 6/1 with special guests from Isabella Substance Awareness Coalition and informational materials. Concessions will also be on sale!
